Céad Míle Fáilte
Welcome
Scoil an Chroí Ró Naofa is a Catholic Primary School situated in Castletownbere on the beautiful Beara Peninsula. Our dedicated and experienced staff work tirelessly to provide the very best and broadest education for all the children.
Our school motto is Mol an Óige agus Tiocfaidh Sí “Praise the youth and they will follow”. Scoil an Chroí Ró Naofa embraces the individuality of each child and we believe all pupils are to be cherished equally. Strong teamwork and collaboration among staff members and a collective enthusiasm are recognised strengths of the school.
While we never underestimate the importance of our role as educators, we are keenly aware of the fact that children’s parents/guardians are their primary educators and that education and learning are not confined to the classroom. The goodwill, support and assistance which we receive from our community of parents, combined with the dedication of the staff and the willingness of the children, ensures that we have a truly unique school.
Tá an-mheas ag foireann na scoile ar an nGaeilge, agus deanaimíd gach iarracht an teanga a chur chun cinn, sa gnáth chaint gach lá.
